This hotel was excellent for travelling onwards from Milan Malpensa airport. You can't beat the location, virtually IN the airport. the staff went above and beyond to fix my mistake. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and helpfulness of the laundry service. the bar and lounge area was cozy and a perfect spot to unwind. the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and the early breakfast option was a lifesaver for my early flight.

One thing that could be improved is the noise level in the rooms. I found it a bit difficult to adjust the room temperature to my liking.
